At Global House, we ensure all applicants are fully referenced checked for a five-year working history and complete an Enhanced DBS check. We operate our own in house, training, supervise and mentor our carers to ensure they have the right skills and attributes to conduct personal care.

We have a team of nurses who are able to perform complex needs assessments and implement an effective and through care plan. Only the most experienced carers and those with specialist training will be assigned to clients with high needs.
